Wood pellets feature a decisive advantage: The raw material they are produced from is renewable.
DELIVERY:
1- The product of wood pellets packed in sacks or plastic bags 10 ~ 20 kg / each or bulk in big bags up 500 kg /each, or as customer demand.
2-The products from wood shaving and saw dust are produced in bales form after compressing it in plastic bags, 25 kg / each or as customer demand:
a) Wood shaving 85 x 40 x 32 cm, the capacity
of high cube container about 710 bales
b) Saw dust 65 x 40 x 32 cm, the capacity of
high cube container about 900 bales
By burning the wooden pellets do not emit black smoke, making them ideal for fireplaces with glass opening. The use of pellets provides comfort comparable to the heating of gas due to the almost total combustion (around 98.5%), besides boilers and stoves for heating with pellets produce almost no creosote. This also allows installation of boilers and pellet stoves direct air-vent … no chimney!
Big advantage of our wood is low ash content after incineration in boilers or pellet fireplaces and stoves. Of importance is the possibility of using the ash as fertilizer in the garden where the soil recovers its balance.
The calorific value of wood pellets is 4300 – 5100 kcal / kg. Coefficient of Performance (COP) for heating systems is 85% – 95% (efficiency of wood-burning fireplaces is 70%) due to its qualities, the pellets burn almost completely. The time between two successive loads of fire is between two and five days. For comparison the calorific value of firewood is 3440 kcal / kg.
